808Arts.com is pleased to offer Free (and discounted) Shipping services! We understand that shipping costs can be expensive and affect people's decisions to buy products online, so we want to help make it as easy as possible to find and purchase your favorite Hawaii art.
Actual shipping charges are calculated real time based on your order and destination. To determine shipping costs, simply add your desired products to the cart, then proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. Shipping methods and costs will then be displayed.
DOMESTIC USA - US orders of $50.00+ will receive free shipping covering all 50 States and the District of Columbia. The discount should be applied automatically to your Cart after you add an item, however if it is not, just manually add the code FREESHIP to your Cart.
Free Domestic shipping is NOT Available for customers applying for Consumer Financing (code FINANCE), or other promotions when stated.
INTERNATIONAL - all international orders will receive a 50% discount for orders $50.00+ to help offset the cost of international shipping. International shipping rates will be automatically discounted and displayed in the Cart if you have an international address (outside the US), you just select the desired carrier and shipping service.
NOTE - shipping charges for international destinations do NOT include the cost of customs, duties, VAT/tax, and other possible fees. These fees vary widely by country, and customers are responsible for payment (sorry, we cannot determine in advance what charges may be incurred, if any). Any return of art from an international order will require pre-payment of shipping by customer.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Orders are released for shipment based on the type of product, as certain products are hand-made, printed on demand or stocked remotely.
Shipping delivery estimates
We carefully pack and ship most art and products in 1-3 weeks, a little longer if framing is included, and tracking information is provided on all orders once the package is shipped.
Note - all print frames are made on-demand for each painting or print and will add 7-10 days to delivery.
- Original paintings - 2-3 weeks to ship (3-4 weeks if custom framed)
- Sculpture - 2-4 weeks to ship
- Canvas giclée prints (made on-demand) - 3-4 weeks to ship (4-5 weeks if custom framed)
- Resin wood prints (hand made) - 2-3 weeks
- Fine art watercolor paper giclee prints - 1 week (with custom framing 2-3 weeks)
- Matted paper prints - ship promptly in 3-5 days (2-3 weeks if custom framed)
Other shipping notes:
- Tracking information is provided on all orders once the package is shipped.
- Unfortunately we do not ship on customer accounts, for liability (insurance) purposes.
- International orders may incur customs/duty fees, which shall be paid by recipient (sorry we cannot determine these charges in advance).

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We only ship small or low-value items to PO Boxes and APO/FPO, due to box size limitations and tracking.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. And once your order is released for shipment, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details (for private carrier shipments).
Damages & Lost Shipments
Any damages during shipment must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt, with clear photos showing the external damage. If you notice damage while signing the delivery form, you should tell the delivery person to notate the delivery to indicate damage observed. We cannot provide refunds without clear proof of damage (photos). Please save all packaging materials and the damaged items before contacting us.
Any shipments considered Lost will be tracked through the carrier with reasonable time until they report the package as either delivered or unlocatable.
When a package is determined to be Damaged or Lost, we will send replacement items at no charge, or provide a refund, at our discretion.
International Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship Hawaii art items to most countries around the world. Please go to the Checkout page to see if your country is listed there for shipping.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
With our simple Returns process, you can shop online worry-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*
- Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.

- We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
- Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a direct result of our error or defective product.
- Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. (See Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions
Exchanges & Replacements
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for international orders. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item.
Any approved refunds will be issued within 1 week of approval, back to the original method of payment (Paypal, credit card). If a gift card was used, a replacement card in the refund amount will be issued.
