"Monstera Rainbow" by Lauren Roth

Bamboo Paper & Panels

Bamboo is one of the fastest growing grasses on Earth, which means plants are able to regenerate quickly after being harvested. Additionally, the fibers don't require harsh bleaching that some recycled paper products do. 808Arts artists Lauren Roth, Jack Soren and Eduardo Bolioli all offer prints made from bamboo!

Not only is hemp a sustainable crop, it's technically a weed! It grows abundantly with little water and no pesticides. Hemp produces more pulp per acre than trees, is biodegradable, and returns many of its nutrients right back into the soil. 808Arts artist Mae Waite offers a beautiful collection of fine art prints on hemp paper.

Sustainability and 808Arts

At 808Arts, we're passionate about preserving the natural beauty of Hawaii - and the rest of the Earth! We're always looking for more ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle. In addition to testing out new sustainable print media we are committed to producing high quality products that are designed to last a lifetime. Hawaii art serves as a welcome reminder of the natural beauty of our planet, and we hope inspires collectors to take care of the world around them.
